Brennon Kimbler

I am the Associate at Mountain Empire Legal Services. I am a lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia and grew up farming with my grandparents in the summers. Seeing the consequences of having no estate planning in place encouraged me to explore the topic further. Going into law school I knew I wanted to do something involving property and estate law. After my second year in law school, and taking a practicum course for estate planning, my mind was made up.

Outside the legal arena, I enjoy farming, working on antique farm equipment, clay shooting, and amateur astronomy. I enjoy the connection to the past in the old equipment and appreciate the precision and challenge of clay shooting. I believe that these hobbies not only provide a welcome balance to the demands of law but foster a deep appreciation for hard work and tradition. I live in Washington County with my German Shorthaired Pointer and am proud to be a part of the Smyth County Community.
