Terri Neel-Kinder joined Mountain Empire Legal Services in December 2022. Before joining Mountain Empire Legal Services as Public Benefits Coordinator, she spent 30 plus years working with local Departments of Social Services and the Virginia Department of Social Services at the state level. Her primary field of work was public benefits eligibility determination, including supervision, with a concentration on Long Term Care and Adult Medicaid categories.
Terri currently resides in Marion, VA with her husband, Wayne and their dog, CJ. She enjoys baking, researching genealogy, hiking, kayaking, college football and all things baseball.
